Refund policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your 100% Organic Cotton Towels, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The towels must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable).

Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on towels that have been laundered or used, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Gift cards.
- Towels that show signs of use, scent, or laundering.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at nnugco@gmail.com
- Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- f the item is defective, please attach a clear photo of the issue.
- f your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item or the towel is defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., color preference or size), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
NOTE: Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
